Mauricia

Ms. Holman is excited to transition from a 15-year career in commercial real estate project management and development to being a full-time real estate agent.  Her last career as a Development Manager for a DC-based affordable housing developer allowed her to understand, analyze, and build fantastic projects that contribute to making living in the DC metropolitan area more achievable for its residents. She plans to continue this work by helping her clients achieve their goals and build wealth through options like 1st time homeownership, investing in income producing properties, or successfully selling their home.

Mauricia has been licensed since 2014, bringing a wealth of knowledge about the DC Metro area market and a solid network of professionals who assist during the buying/selling process. She is also the owner of her own short-term rental and property management business. As a real estate investor and homeowner, she understands the need for her to be knowledgeable and offers years of experience in negotiating a deal, recognizing sound investment opportunities, customer service, and transactional documentation for her potential clients. She prides herself on her attention to detail, flexibility, honesty, and objectiveness.

Ms. Holman is a Washington, DC native, who continues to be invested in the city she grew up in through her community service efforts which include mentorship, fundraising events, and membership in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a public service-based sorority. She received her Master of Real Estate in Finance from Georgetown University and holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Temple University. She is a new mom, who when not snuggled up with her daughter, enjoys traveling, tending to her herb and spice garden, binging HGTV and doing DIY projects, and is a self-proclaimed foodie and brunch addict.
