Faith Maupin is a distinguished and respected Real Estate Agent. As a Washington, DC native, her love for real estate began growing up in the Brookland neighborhood. Having lived in the DC Metro area her entire life, she knows the market and area well.

Ms. Maupin received her Master of Real Estate Development from Georgetown University, and also holds a B.A. in Interior Design from Howard University —her educational background and experience have fueled a passion for environmental design, adaptive reuse, and rehabilitation. In addition, she has a zeal for revitalization, community development, and affordable housing. Ms.

Maupin is currently a Development Project Manager working with a Washington-based Development Firm specializing in hotel, office, and multifamily development.

As an aspiring real estate developer with over ten years of Commercial Real Estate experience, her primary goal for working in residential real estate is building and revitalizing communities and helping create generational wealth. Ms. Maupin ’s diverse experience in the real estate industry provides her clientele with a diverse skillset. She provides her clients with quality customer service, expert negotiation skills, and strict attention to detail.
